Electronic music sensation, LÂLKA, is set to mark the one-year anniversary of her electrifying mixtape ‘Romance + Rebellion’ by featuring a reimagined version of the title track infused with distinctive vocals from holographic popstar phenomenon Hatsune Miku.
LÂLKA is a dynamic Malaysian-born/Australian artist known by her fans as a multi-instrumentalist, producer and songwriter, but also for her interest in the use of digital avatars and XR technology. So fans were confident she would be able to rise to their pleas for her to join forces with the iconic Hatsune Miku, which she did. The result of this powerful collaboration is an immersive journey that seamlessly blends genres in a way that are ripe for underground raves, otaku nightclubs (with a Nightcore remix) and industrial warehouse parties – ultimately arriving at empowerment through it all, bringing the listener along with it.
